Woke up with a sore throat yesterday and only spoke when necessary. Had some terrible coughing fits, too.

Today, the throat's not hurting so much, but the cough still lingers. Nose and ears are all plugged up, too. Must have sneezed at least a dozen times.

Good thing school's already over with. Can't begin to imagine going through finals while under the weather.

Up your vitamin C intake, drink lots of fluids and rest. If your voice is messed up, try not to talk too much. Zyrtec is also good at night because a lot of the nasty stuff collects at night.

P.S. You can actually have too much vitamin C. I ate the equivalent of five vitamin C tablets one day, was sick to my stomach the next day. So be careful!
