If I don't find a job immediately (and I've a feeling I won't), I figured it'd be smart to have a to-do list, so I'm not just moping around the house, wondering, "What's next?"

Bullet; Purple Read 1-2 books each month.
(I got plenty of books, so that shouldn't be a problem.)

Bullet; White Practice painting.

Bullet; Purple Experiment with other mediums of art.

Bullet; White Write my books.
(Um, duh!)

Bullet; Purple Get a little more involved with family history.

Bullet; White Practice Spanish.
(May not take the class anymore, but there's more to learning a language than just a few classes.)

Bullet; Purple If possible, practice driving some more and try to get my driver's license.

Bullet; White Watch some of my DVDs that remain unopened.
(Believe it or not, I got some DVDs that are still wrapped in plastic.)

Bullet; Purple Go for a walk each week.

Bullet; White Dedicate at least one day in the week to some serious job hunting.

If you need help with Spanish, trying using duolingo if you haven't already. It's a website where you can learn a whole bunch of languages for free, and it's not crappy like those random websites you find.

I used it to learn quick a bit of German when I needed to:
