Something's up with my laptop. Even when it's plugged into the wall, it reads, "0%, not charging." And sometimes it'll say, "0%, charging," even when it's not really charging at all. And my battery light either flickers off and on, or stays off altogether.
I can use the laptop just fine for as long as it's plugged in, but the second I pull the plug, it goes out.
Do you think this calls for a new battery, or could it be an iffy charger?
