DisneyDreamer's Secret Santa 2021!
Time for Secret Santa Sign-Ups!!! What is a Secret Santa? The modern tradition of Secret Santas is a gift exchange, where the person receiving the gift doesn't know who the giver is going to be and the giver gets to have fun going all out for the recipient. For the group, this is a secular project - all are welcome to participate in the gift exchange. How will it work? At the bottom of the journal you will find a questionnaire. Please copy the questions and send your answers in a NOTE to BonzaiRen. DO NOT SEND YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE TO THE GROUP! Title your note "Secret Santa Questionnaire". Whenever I've received a significant number of participants, I will add a journal to my STASH with everyone's answers assigned a number (with the name removed, of course). I will note each participant the link to the journal and participants will then reply with their first 5 choices. Assignments will be made (by note) on a first-come, first-serve

The amount of times I've had people have a go at me and say things along the line of "Maybe you should get a real job" whenever I mention I'm a freelance artist is kind of awkwardly annoying.
I'm sure most freelance artists have dealt with a similar type of rhetoric before, but it seems to be a nice blanket statement people throw at you when you have the audacity to feel stressed about your income being severely dashed due to this economic/pandemic crisis.
Reality is that a lot of freelance artists (like myself) do or did have 'real' jobs previous to this situation, but we either lost them as a result of the crisis or we cannot go back to

Hello, everyone!
I'm so deeply sorry to that I had to delay this event for a couple of hours. I recently had my computer cleaned and now I'm back in action and I regret having to start
Been wanting to do another oc journal thing for fun- it would take me forever to draw everything, so I'm just throwing some of the ideas down here- the main cast for it-
:bulletblack: :bulletyellow:Jay and Sorrel have a similar temperament in that they're both slow to anger (when it comes down to it Jay would be quicker to anger) and are among the least clumsy. Jay has a smooth, generally loose airy way of moving- slow or quick. Sorrel's natural speed is more steady and slow, each movement having a sense of purpose. They're also good listeners and rarely interrupt in a conversation (and are very patient of their friend's antics, lol)
